These terms govern use of Prompte across the web app and Chrome extension. Please review them carefully before using paid or free features.

Use of Service
- By using Prompte, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
- You must use the service lawfully and only for permitted, non-abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for content you submit and any outputs you choose to use.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and session security.
- We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security risk.
- Feature availability can change as we improve product reliability and safety.
Billing and Subscriptions
- Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout.
- Subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing changes are managed through your account portal.
- Unless required by law, charges are non-refundable once service has been delivered.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass product safeguards.
- Do not use Prompte to violate others' rights, platform rules, or applicable law.
- Do not submit malicious code, unauthorized personal data, or unlawful content.
Disclaimers and Liability
Prompte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
